When I was out west for the geoengineering workshop in 2011, I and several others got a tour of David Keith's newest CO2 scrubber prototype at the University of Calgary. The technology is designed to remove CO2 directly from the air, for storage underground. This was a prototype -- the real thing would be much larger.
